Judy Rapp Moore

Judy Rapp Moore is a Portland, Maine resident who has devoted her life to helping problem dogs. Judy’s passion in Human Directed Aggression led her to become President and Owner of Canine Behavior Counseling, LLC in 2008.
Judy was one of the first two elite global dog behavior professionals to earn the title Certified CARAT Assessor (CCA) and administer the Clothier Animal Response Assessment Tool (CARAT).
She was the first Certified Dog Behavior Consultant, (CDBC) by the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants in Southern, Maine. (IAABC)
Judy was a National Trainer for Pets for Vets, INC. and the Head Trainer for the Portland, Maine PfV Chapter from 2013 to 2021.
Judy has been a Professional Member of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) since 2015 and a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) through the Association of Pet Dog Trainers since 2009.
Judy has served as a Canine Expert Witness in the U.S. Court System.
